2. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop.
Any differing terms and conditions of the customer will not be accepted.

3. Conclusion of the contract
The product descriptions do not constitute a binding offer.
By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email.
The contract text is not permanently stored.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in CHF.
Shipping costs are shown separately.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.
The charge is processed immediately after the contract is concluded.

5. Print-on-Demand Production
All products are individually manufactured after ordering.
Production time: 2–5 working days.
Minor variations in color or print do not constitute a defect.

Separate shipping and delivery terms apply.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU)
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for individually manufactured goods (print-on-demand).
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights of the respective country apply.

9. Liability
Unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence and personal injury.
Furthermore, liability only applies in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Emiliano's Design until full payment is received.

11. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office, insofar as legally permissible.

13. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
